  1. Tolifo offers free repairs for products with quality issues within 12 months of purchase.
  2. Buyers must provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number.
  3. Buyers bear the repair costs for faults due to improper use or unauthorized modifications.
  4. Buyers bear the repair costs for faults caused by uncontrollable external factors, such as fire, flood, high winds, and lightning.
  5. Repair and replacement parts costs will be determined after testing by the repair department. Customer service will contact the buyer to confirm whether to proceed with repairs or return the product.
  6. Shipping and customs fees for returns are borne by the buyer.
